An electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in our guest room were useful during stay. The location was stunning and amazing, close to centre of town, several nice restaurants and Montebelo. It also was on the outskirts of Viseu.

Deluxe room with balcony, a terrace, as example accommodated us perfectly. Meals in the hotel were fabulous. The staff members were exceptionally nice and efficient;))

The Hotel is very nice, not too big not too small, new and well decorated. Good large rooms and wc, AC and all facilities. Very clean.
Strange hotel, you can’t tell if it’s big or small, sometimes you feel one or the other, sometimes there is too much people for instance in the small swimming pool (the photos really make it bigger) and then you don´t find anyone in the bar. Room cleaning was really annoying, always late in the afternoon, even after we asked twice for it sooner. Staff very nice but very few, and sometimes hard to find when needed.

Special hip new hotel with nice views over the valley. Particularly good location, just a pleasant stroll away from Ramparts of Viseu.

Second time that we reserved this hotel. Large confortable room with a nice view. Very good breakfast and possibile to take it outside. spa available including sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool. Design hotel with very good quality.
To improve the cleaning of the jacuzzi and the hammam...
